Digital Appeal, the Central Coast's Premium Apple Service Provider located in Erina requires a full time Technician to assess, examine, replace and repair IOS devices and CPU's in and out of warranty. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with Apple experience to utilise their skills.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
• Process iPhones, iPads, iPods in accordance with Apple policy
• Stock control
• Order Apple Parts through GSX
• Customer service

• Apple sales experience
• A mature approach
• Friendly and professional personality
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be reliable with an attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding of Apple products
• iTunes experience
• Advanced Mac usage
