We are a boutique IT company Located in Sydney, Looking for a level 3 Technician with 5 years’ experience in the industry.
If you are passionate about being able to make a difference when assisting our clients in maintaining and improving their IT infrastructure, then this role will suit you.
You will be operating under the guidance of people who are professional and fun. But most of all believe that the best way to build a business and your role is through, top level service, client interactions, education and the ability to grow personally.
Key Roles:
- Managing Client networks remotely and On-site for over 50 clients in Sydney and nationally.
- Resolving IT issues in a timely manner, whilst keeping impeccable records and ensuring the client is kept up to date.
- Reporting to the Service Co-ordinator daily and raising any escalations as they happen.
- Show complete competency using Microsoft technologies, servers, remote desktops, exchange and driving business through great client interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Highly developed Customer service skills.
- Team player
- Client centric
- Enjoys interacting with staff and clients alike,
