Business and Systems Analyst

ICT BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYSTS

Work with end-users both internally to the EDT Group and externally to its customers to improve business processes and management. Create and develop improved systems and modify appropriately and plan and document guides to implement to meet the needs of the users and the business.

Duties:

• Liaise with key managers and end-users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Identifying, analysing business processes, data, procedures and Business Improvement.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Using project management methodologies and tools (ITIL / Prince2 / Agile / SixSigma)
• Working with the clients’ IT team or the Internal ICT Team in the EDT Group to implement solutions.
• Create training documentation, and conducting training as required.
• Analyse and improve workflow management.
• Create maps and system specifications for the infrastructure and system software
• Report regularly to management.
• Meet all KPI’s and adhere to all EDT Policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years in similar field
• Minimum 5 years in IT Systems environment
