Reporting to the directors, the IT Manager will manage and support the entire IT environment of a medium size business.

The role is part time and would ideally suit a person who would like to work with a friendly team of professionals, and who is looking for a good work life balance. On call would be required for any emergency IT issues.

Responsibilities:

• Review, update and/or maintain Group IT Systems, / Backup solutions & Network (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Access Points, etc)
• Review, maintain and monitor Security of all core systems and infrastructure including antivirus, patching of software & firmware
• Maintain Inventory of all hardware and software - ensure support & licences are current.
• Review document management solution, including security to meet current regulations.
• Consult with others to assess/analyse/resolve computing needs and system requirements.
• Plan and coordinate information technology-related equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, repair, resolve technical problems or issues related to computer hardware, software, /LAN and WAN/internet.
• Review, update and maintain corporate Website
• Review, update and maintain group marketing platforms (Facebook, Instragram, Sensis, google ad words)
• Analyse, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Provide end-user support for all applications as required.
• Train and guide users in the correct use and security of all IT systems.

Computer Skills and Education

• Minimum  Bachelor Degree in Information Technology preferred
• Proven experience in an IT support environment essential

Related Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment
• Familiar with a variety of the IT field's, concepts, best practices, and procedures
