We are an established Canberra based Information Technology company seeking a Graduate/Junior Developer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
*Must be an Australian Citizen*
What do we need in a successful candidate?
- an interest in solving complex problems;
- a passion to learn and an interest in cutting-edge technologies;
- general software development experience with exposure to SQL, Java, and XML;
- strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions;
- the ability to work well in small teams; and
- the eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
What do we want in a successful candidate?
- a Bachelor's Degree in Software Development or equivalent qualification;
- experience with source code control systems such as GIT and SVN;
- familiarity with project and software development frameworks; and
- experience with Oracle database management system (DBMS) including Oracle structured query language (SQL), PL/SQL, and/or XPath.
What will you be doing with us? You will:
- design and develop solutions to support product and client business requirements;
- work in a team environment; and
- provide key input into company projects.
