With a clear "customer-first strategy", our client ( an iconic International FMCG group) is taking their retail channels to new heights!
With the focus of improving all customer channels, this role will see you designing, analysing ROI and testing new innovations across the business.
To be successful in this role you will have experience through the entire product life cycle preferably in a FMCG environment.
Key Skills
- Ability to innovate and develop product offerings that improve the customer experience
- Ability to manage and influence internal stakeholder expectations
- Ability to interpret requirements and analyse commercial ROI
- You will possess highly developed analytical skills
- Proven record of managing and prioritising projects of varying scopes, timeframes and budgets -ensuring any business risks are identified and managed accordingly
- You have a Designer and Developer Mindset, comfortable in both creative and technical environments
Your Key responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Develop, trial and test innovation to enhance the customer experience both online and instore
- Provide commercial benefits back to the business
- Present product prototypes to the board
- Report on marketing trends and insights
