Responsible for

Assisting the sales and presales teams to create proposals and quote.

You will be interacting with both the sales team and clients, ensuring the successful design of technology solutions and ongoing client satisfaction by interacting closely with the project and professional services team.

Program overview

Nexon will provide the chosen candidate with;

• Allocated mentor from within the senior Technical Consultants group
• Training to allow the graduate to build technical proposal for customers including design, commercial build and value proposition.
• Ability to work with new and exciting technologies

Nexon expects the successful candidate to develop the following high-level skills over 12 months

• Data networking e.g. Switches, Routers, Wireless Systems, Protocols, Authentication, Interconnection, Carrier services.
• Security e.g. firewalls, two-factor authentication, content filtering, threat prevention
• Storage Solutions e.g. Storage Area Networks, Enterprise Storage.
• Server Applications e.g. Skype for Business, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Citrix
• Cloud e.g. Office 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS
• Developing analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of different audiences.

Main Activities

• Creating proposals and quotes
• Assisting other technical consultants with the provision of demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and Sales support services for the Sales team and clients.
• Participating in user requirement analyses and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products/services to fulfill customer needs.
• Undertaking tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the product/service fit and defining support needs.
• Contributing to the achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality technical consultation.
• Assisting with the technical handover to Customer Support team where required.
