I’m looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has a strong background or understanding of network architecture and infrastructure. You’ll aim to enhance the delivery of the core network services, with scalable network architecture allowing better current and future business solutions more quickly.
This person needs to be well endowed with the technical elements of project delivery but have the ability and the very strong business acumen to liaise with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops and manage challenging process re-engineering tasks.
Please note: this is not purely a Technical BA position.
Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of the changes including the problems to be solved, the nature of the solutions being sought and the approach to delivering these solutions and measuring their value
- Identify and grouping of stakeholders who have interest in, impact on and influence over the change that the Program will be delivering
- Validate, verifify and document the needs of the stakeholders to be addressed within the scope of the Program
- Input into the design of the solution that will satisfy the needs of the ever-changing stakeholders
- Measure the tangible and intangible values of technical and non-technical solutions
- Select and define the correct methodologies, approaches and techniques to best suit the deliverables
- Support with the Executive Leadership team and act as the go-to person for all analysis enquiries related to Infrastructure, Security and overall Operations
About you:
- Established Senior Business Analyst with at least 5-7 years’ experience
- 3-7 years of business process improvement related projects, data analysis, system functional and non-functional specifications
- Must have Financial Services background
- Must have experience or/and background in Infrastructure and/or Network Security
- ITIL certified highly preferred
