Essential Beauty, a successful beauty salon franchise chain with over 70 salons throughout Australia requires the services of an SEO/SEM support person to assist across all of its platforms both back-end (to support our franchisees) and front-end for our customers (incorporating social media).
As the successful candidate you will have the following skills and attributes:
- A proven ability to develop strategies and campaigns for online content across websites, intranet, EDMs and social media engagement;
- An ability to post analyse campaign effectiveness across all platforms
- Expert experience with HTML | CSS | Wordpress;
- Experience in Adobe | InDesign | Illustrator | Photoshop;
- A demonstrated ability to track new and emerging trends in using social media to engage communities;
- Ability to moderate and escalate key issues that develop across social media;
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written skills;
- A keen eye for design and user experience;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital development and marketing, or equivalent experience;
