About the role
- Working with large data sets, defining data sources, working closely with the data warehouse to deliver insights and reports to stake holders.
- Utilize MS Power BI (or similar BI tools) and troubleshoot and identify ways of enhancing existing reporting
- Work collaboratively with the business to understand their current requirements, develop and test reports and dashboards and support self-service BI.
- Lead Business Intelligence and Data and Visual Analytics workshops and presentations.
- Work with the Oracle PL/SQL, SAP BO and Power BI tools to deliver BI and reports
- Work the SAP BI/BO Suite.
Required skills/experience
- Experience with design, development and implementation SSRS/ Power BI reports
- SQL Server Analysis Services (multiple versions), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Database design, development and modelling (SQL Server)
- Knowledge and capability transfer to both technical and business areas to ensure product sustainability
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops with business users and working effectively in a team environment
- Presentation and training skills
