Great contarct role for Major Telco to focus on Report Analysis of data from a take up perspective – connections of the network and disconnections.

The analyst will be responsible for undertaking ad hoc analytical deep dives to generate strategic insights that will inform management decision making, driving the development of management reports, and coordinating and executing on commercial contract management priorities. Additionally, this role will encompass working with various senior stakeholders to support internal planning tasks and the development of accompanying collateral.

Key to this role will be exceptional analytical skills across tools such as Excel and, ideally, Tableau. Additionally, the ability to capture and translate requirements effectively will be essential.

Generate commercial insights and support BAU and ad-hoc management reporting

• Analyse data and develop reports/dashboards for ongoing use
• Generate commercial insights from data that inform recommendations to key stakeholders
• Use systematic processes to decompose data and identify risks and issues
• Understand M&D Opex/Capex and feed into reports

What are we looking for?

• Currently in a strategy, insights or reporting role in a complex enterprise or professional services firm
• Tertiary level qualifications in a related discipline such as Commerce, Engineering, Technology, Law or Communications, or equivalent practical experience
• Tableau skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, with proven ability to work independently in a self-managed culture yet collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes across the business
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (eg succinctly explaining complex concepts) and to produce high quality presentation material for external and/or executive consumption.
• Experience in presenting strategic and operational insights in a compelling manner that is fit for a senior audience
• Experience in capturing requirements from senior stakeholders to drive development of fit-for-purpose reports and dashboards
• Ability to critically analyse key issues and formulate effective solutions, liaise with Industry stakeholders, and mobilise business stakeholders to influence and support proposed recommendations.
