What this role includes:
· Assist sales account team and customers with timely and accurate quoting
· Develop positive relationships with customers, distributors and vendors
· Secure and grow revenue for existing customers
· Qualify company eligibility for renewal of their agreements
· Inbound/Outbound Calls
· Achieve and exceed quarterly sales KPI's
· Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities
· Identify accounts at risk and create a retention strategy, escalate for assistance when required
· Assist Account Managers and BDMs with day to day activities
· Achieve and manage effective resolution of customer issues
Must have requirements

- General understating of IT systems and products.
- A keen eye for detail, with high customer care and communication skills.

Main Activities
- Creating proposals and quotes
- Assisting Account Managers and Business Development Managers with presentations and proposals
- Sales support services for the Sales team and clients.
- Qualifying the product/service fit and defining support needs.
- Contributing to the achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction
