Role Summary
Leading a team of product managers, you will be setting the national direction and strategy for the Gaming Suite of products. Reporting directly to the General Manager Product & Business Change (Gaming), this is an exciting leadership opportunity, based in Sydney, for an experienced Lead Product Manager.
How you will contribute
- By keeping on top of current Value Added Systems (VAS) trends nationally and internationally and producing regular market analysis to ensure we are at the top of our game (excuse the pun!)
- Taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of a business case from development and sign off through implementation and then to benefits analysis, after all we need the right product being noticed by the right customers.
- Champion and lead the use of an Agile way of working to make sure we are taking our products and product strategies to the next level
- By providing exceptional leadership and direction to the existing product managers you will empower the team to implement their product strategies to market
Our Ideal Person
Has demonstrated product management experience in a regulated multi-jurisdictional environment, developing and rolling out IT system-based products. Ideally you will have some project management experience but you must have worked with vendors and partners to bring products to market.
Having lead a team before, you will have strong collaboration skills, exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills and a fantastic ability to communicate with stakeholders both internally and external to the business.
