Are you looking to kick off the new financial year with a new opportunity to utilise your change management expertise, from planning stage to execution?

Work with a supportive team on a fast-paced transformation project that will improve services for the business and their stakeholders. This is initially a 6 month contract to implement a detailed change plan with scope to execute. There is also potential to extend into the new year for the second phase.

Who You Are:

You are a Change Manager with strong experience managing governance, process and impact of change across large projects/programs, ideally within state government entities. 

To be a good team fit, you will be a highly personable and energetic Change Manager who has worked on major projects/programs with personal accountability. You will have excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.

What you'll be doing:

As the Change Manager, you'll be driving change management across multiple  projects. You will ensure projects are rolled out successfully.

You will be leading change within business processes, particularly with financial and procurement teams. You'll possess excellent stakeholder experience, there'll be an overlap between departments and you'll have demonstrated experience of liaising with a range of stakeholders.

Your responsibilities & Experience will include:
  • 5+ years' Change Management experience
  • Proven ability to create change plans and execute
  • Government Experience Highly Regarded
  • Liaising with IT Project/Program Managers to process change requests
  • Experience of working on Transformation Projects
  • Experience managing change of processes within project space
  • Strong experience managing process, governance and impact
  • Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
