The purpose of this role is to assist the team in the delivery of transformational digital change, specifically mobility-related, within challenging project time constraints.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake investigative work to determine and document business processes and ICT requirements, and recommend improvements to business processes and information systems.
• Provide high level expertise in establishing facilitated stakeholder workshops, surveys, client meetings and industry reviews.
• Obtain agreement from stakeholders on the scope of requirements, ensuring solutions comply with the client needs.
• Prepare business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks
• Tender evaluation and recommendations.
• Coordinate the development of cost estimates for ICT initiatives.
• Escalate client issues with relevant technical teams through to resolution and closure whilst simultaneously managing client expectations.
• Mentor and share knowledge with other team members to contribute to the maintenance of high quality deliverables.

   

Key Skill Set

• Minimum of three years business analysis experience in a large, complex ICT environment
• Strong domain knowledge around mobility solutions
• Knowledge/experience of solution design and implementation
• Good understanding of software development
• Experience in finance or quoting for large scale projects
• Creation of key project documents (Knowledge of PRINCE2 advantageous)
