Our client is a large, high profile NSW government department  focusing on the transport sector.

This is a key support role in a team that is responsible for customer support and provisioning / configuration of Information Management enterprise applications.

Role Description:

The Information Management Support Officer provides operational support for the management of documents, data and information across corporate and technical records. This includes a range of systems, procedural and administrative activities.

Duties Include:

  • Assist in the administration of TeamBinder through an agile project methodology to support technical record and information management 
  • Provide customer support to TeamBinder, OpenText and iAuditor
  • Provide a range of administrative and information management support services across training, user acceptance testing and analysis requirements and related coordination  
  • Provide a range of transition support services and activities across database, documentation and structure development, analysis, assessments and data migration to assist in the transitioning of systems to the mandated corporate records management system
  • Provide  Information Management guidance and support to project staff at all levels to assist with Information Management related administrative tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in IT application support
  • Experience with Information Management / Records Management
  • Experience with EDRMS applications
  • Experience with TeamBinder, OpenText and/or iAuditor an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL procedures
  • Experience with the use of ticketing systems for IT support
  • Excellent people skills - both on phone, email and face-face
  • Must be practice in communication and resolution of issues
