About the business

We are a small electrical business based on the south side of Brisbane which has been in operation for more than 30 years. We predominately do work at St Lucia and Gatton.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who works well independently and in a team situation as our data cabling technician. The role will as be to provide support for our electrical team. Immediate start preferable.

Your day to day tasks for this role include but are not limited to:

Fault finding and repair of IT installations
Cable patching
Cable audits
Relocations
Moves, adds and changes
Some supervision of sub-contractors
Co-ordinate project resources (labour and equipment)
Report on progress of projects
Co-ordinate third parties and resolve issues and problems as they arise.
Assisting in the installation of electrical wiring

Skills and experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in data cabling.

Immediate start preferable.
