The Company
Our client is a leading ASX list organisation currently undertaking major program initiatives across the organisation, to upstand a number of IT services and platforms across their organisation. Hence this is a brand new role working on the Programs and PMO. Initial 6 month contract with view to extend.
The Role
Working within the PMO team this individual will be responsible for supporting large Enterprise Program, creating dynamic insights, advanced reporting to drive Program decisions, working with Enterprise executives. Hence this individual will have strong Governance and Reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and delivery detailed complex Program reports, financials, schedules, reporting, project health etc.
- Provide strong management and organisation of the key Steering Committees;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the PMO function delivers an efficient & effective service;
- Monitor and tracking project activities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role working with Senior stakeholders;
- Previous financial services experience advantageous;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills – must be able to deliver messages clearly and articulately to senior management;
- Analytical mind set and enjoys problem solving;
- Outstanding analytical, observation and organisational skills;
- Thorough troubleshooting and problem solving abilities;
- Relevant ITIL certification or IT degree.
