My Client is looking for a passionate Scrum Master, ideally with a technical background to join their collaborative and high performance team! You will have experience in scaled agile environment and motivating product teams to deliver high quality code to production. You will come from a technical background and ideally have a strong background in systems of scale and a proactive attitude. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Removing impediments to the team's progress to its sprint commitments
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Enacting change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the team and quality of deliverables
• Ensure team execution and delivery to committed sprint work
• Protect team from over-commitment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience in Scrum Master role or other agile process management role.
• Good understanding of Scrum team efficiency and the ways to continuously improve it.
• Strong communication skills to provide the rest of the company with good visibility of sprint plans and progress.
• Excellent collaboration skills to facilitate decision making, remove impediments, and align the Scrum team to achieve the common goals.
• Interpersonal skills to keep the team empowered, motivated, and self-organized.
• Solid understanding of technologies (Javascript, React, Node.js, Java, AWS) to help the team to plan the development activities.
• Strong understanding of product management practices to help the Product Owners to manage the backlog.
• Excellent skills in using JIRA and Confluence to plan and execute sprints.
