About the Team:
The Project Management Office (PMO) at Mercer is responsible for the delivery of in-house and revenue-generating projects. These include projects related to fund benefit design changes or updates, implementing legislation related changes, or installing new business, new products, fund wind ups etc.
 
About the Role:
Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Manager, some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Performing stakeholder analysis and establish strong stakeholder relationships
• Delivering quality business requirements for your projects
• Contributing to the development of new artifacts for re-use and to improve efficiency
• Supporting test team activities including triage and impact analysis
• Providing learning's back to Analyst Team and to contribute to continuous improvement
   

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Sound working knowledge of Mercer’s superannuation systems and business functions
• IIBA qualifications Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certificate Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent will be highly regarded
• Ability to think creatively to identify innovative solutions and adapt to and embrace changing situations as an opportunity, rather than an obstacle
• Excellent stakeholder-focused written communication skills

All members of the Analyst Practice within the PMO are responsible for delivering successful project outcomes. The Analyst Practice teams are located in Melbourne but engage with Mercer staff and clients across Australia and New Zealand and our offshore teams.
