Are you a desktop support superstar with awesome communication and customer service skills?  If so, we have a long term opportunity available for you with a high profile company in Broadmeadows, VIC. 


The purpose of the role is to support users in a busy `walk up' environment.


Typical support requests will include the following:
 

• Windows:  Troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10, reimaging laptops, configuration and set up.
• Network:  Network/Wi fi connectivity issues, remote connection and authentication issues
• Email:  Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting and configuration issues
• WebEX:  Conferencing tool
• Mobility:  Mobile devices, iPhones and Android phone issues, iPads

 
The role will commence immediately and will run until the end of December 2018 with a strong likelihood of continuing for an additional 12 months.  Hours are 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  Pay rate is $240 per day.  There is on site parking available.
 
To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will need to have experience in and be confident in your abilities with Windows 7 & 10 troubleshooting, hardware support, network and Outlook troubleshooting and mobile device support.
 
Experience with ticketing systems would also be an advantage.
 
Your customer facing skills will need to be well above average, along with your communication skills and ability to deal with a busy environment.  You will also need to display a stable work history to prove to our customer that you will be in this for the long term, they want someone who will be able to commit!
 
Because this role is 100% face to face, you will also need to be friendly and approachable with fantastic customer service skills.
