About the role
Reporting to the Training Manager you will assist in developing learning resources and facilitate sessions to meet the learning needs of MediRecords customers and enable them to focus on delivering better patient outcomes.
This role will require travel to customer sites or the MediRecords Head Office in Sydney.

Responsibilities will also include:
- Update, create and develop training material, handouts and e-learning modules
- Be involved in the delivery of training sessions via face to face and online
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrated sound oral and written communications skills
Desirable:
- Face to face training experience would be advantageous
- Basic understanding of the healthcare system in Australia
