Service Delivery Technician
Computergate offers a full range of Partner & Managed Services to provide comprehensive and cost effective IT support services for all size businesses. We are currently seeking for full time Service Delivery technicians in Melbourne to provide high levels of customer satisfaction through service teams, remotely and on-site, throughout Asia & ANZ.
Location: North Melbourne and St Kilda
Primary responsibilities include:
- The service delivery technicians will assist in the delivery of service by providing dispatch, logistics, workshop and technical support, in-house & on-site.
- Knowledge of Connectwise for tracking of Service Tickets & Time management
- Deploy technicians or Agents to perform timely resolution of support requests.
- Extensive experience in hardware, software, basic troubleshooting, and network connectivity at the desktop & user level
- Overall professional attitude with good written and oral communication skills and ability to quickly but accurately act upon and diagnose any equipment issues reported and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Assisting with Spare Parts Management & Logistics process
- Working and communicating effectively under pressure
Key selection criteria
- Industry accreditation or minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT related support.
- Technical expertise in End User technologies, including PC's, Point of Sale, Printers, Network devices, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in break/fix & Spare Part replacement would also be advantageous.
- Previous exposure in remotely coordinating technical outcomes to the client
- Good understanding of Logistics Management techniques
- Strong personal time management skills and priority setting skills
- Excellent communication & English skills (Fluent written & verbal a prerequisite)
- Excellent customer liaison ability
- Self-motivation, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work unsupervised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Australian Permanent Resident minimum
- Driver’s License & Own car is essential
