Our client is an ASX listed company seeking a Senior Consultant in the Business Intelligence and Analytics space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client interactions in the Business Intelligence & Analytics Consulting space.
- Actively build, maintain and manage relationships across all client stakeholders.
- Work with the sales team in identifying and closing opportunities, scoping and assist with the preparation of proposals / responding to tenders.
- Support and interact with the national consulting and applications, data & analytics teams in continual maturity improvement and growth of the BI&A & Power BI specialisation.
Designing innovative and effective business intelligence and analytics strategies for existing and new products and services.
- Develop capability in transitioning client’s analytics requirements to an
- analytics managed services creating recurring revenue to the business.
- Collaborating with architects, product developers and cross functional business team to ensure the customer expectations are understood.
- Lead business intelligence and analytics consulting engagements quickly transforming client data into Power BI presentations.
- Develop and maintain information systems and data management strategies, roadmaps, business cases and other relevant artefacts.
- Work with the National Practice Manager for analytics delivery work for the Data Analysis staff in ADA (Applications, Data & Analytics).
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics related projects.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the creation of project proposals, RFP response and statements of work in a professional services organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with client interaction for both sales and delivery.
- Microsoft Power BI proficient and solid understanding of MS Azure stack, technologies & tools
- Post-secondary education.
Desirable
- University Degree(s).
- Recognised designation / formal relevant qualifications (e.g. MBA, TOGAF/COBIT certified, etc.)
