New contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with Mobility experience to join leading state government department working on large digital transformation project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate business stakeholder or internal ICT workshops for requirements gathering and/or other business analysis;
- Gather and document business and functional requirements;
- Tender evaluation and recommendations for Mobility solutions;
- Elicit and document business rules and complete business process mapping where required;
- Engage the business stakeholders and users on key business opportunities and development of applicable business cases and/or requirements;
- Work with business units, project managers and across project teams responsible for IT delivery and services; and
- Collaborate with the business to baseline current business processes and design future state processes.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience with mobility solutions;
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders to analyse, define and document requirement specifications for Mobility solutions;
- Ability to provide sound advice and recommendations on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques;
- Experience in the development of business cases, fit gap analysis, options and benefit analysis;
- Knowledge of design concepts for the development of appropriate solutions; and
- High level communication, documentation, consultation, facilitation and negotiation skills.
