Currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative company within the healthcare space, we are looking for a talented, multi skilled individual who will be the glue between the design and development teams.

Working across multiple products, we are looking a customer-centric UI Designer/Developer, with a high level of skill in design and front end code and the ability to translate user journeys into intuitive interactions and then ensuring that UI components are developed flawlessly.

Working in a collaborative team, in an Agile environment, you will work closely with Product Managers, full stack Developers and UX Researchers and Designers to deliver beautiful and intuitive interfaces.

A key facet of the role will be ensuring consistency across products, encompassing brand, visual elements and design language; as well as contributing and maintaining the design system.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of designing successful user centric applications and solving UX and design problems in an Agile environment
• High level of skill in HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping, vanilla Javascript and other JS frameworks
• Fluency in design software including Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator and others
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, with experience optimizing across a wide range of devices
• An interest in keeping up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies – especially within design systems and DesignOps
