Conditions:

This is a full time, permanent position based in Perth Head Office.  

About the Role:

This role is accountable for managing Service Transition processes, working with customers / Product Owners, project delivery teams and operational support teams across multiple programs and service providers. In addition the role provides leadership for the efficient and effective execution of SIAM processes.

About you:

The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:

  • Strong experience owning and managing Service Transition and Release Management processes
  • Experience developing Transition and Release Management frameworks in an Agile and DevOps based

    environment

  • In depth and extensive understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodology
  • Experience leading under pressure in crisis situations and managing conflict
  • Experience  managing the demands of Service Transition for large programmes of work
  • Used to data driven and risk management approach to decision making
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with outsourced service providers
  • Broad understanding of the electricity industry, business challenges, business processes and regulatory framework
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, related discipline and or extensive and demonstrated practical expertise knowledge and industry experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
