About the Role
We are seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our IT department on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a wonderful team and utilise your expertise, where they will be appreciated and rewarded.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting Eric’s key business systems and services
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all business applications from triage through to completion, in line with overall IT strategy and operational requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse, advise on development opportunities for applications to support business needs.
- Identifying & prioritising issues and recommending technical solutions
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams (E.g.: Database, Software Development) to find appropriate solutions
- Providing cover and assistance to Desktop Support staff as/when required.
- Assist with user training as required
About You
- Min 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- 3yrs Database skills (MS SQL)
- Proactive, flexible, hands on role
- Financial Background preferred but not essential
- Understanding & awareness of application architectures
- Strong analysis & troubleshooting skills
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of prioritising and multitasking
- Business Report building.
