FinXL is looking to engage multiple ServiceNow Developers to work on implementation of the ServiceNow platform and assist in providing ServiceNow solutions to our clients.
The successful candidates will leverage their experience and knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions, including technical implementation of processes, workflow customisation, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, system configurations; design and deliver technical solutions ased on the ServiceNow platform and assist clients with proof of concepts, design work sessions and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Specifications:
- Supporting ServiceNow configuation and administation
- Engaging stakeholders to transform business and technical requirements into implemetation plans
- Formulating testing approaches, developing test cases and deploying code in defined releases
- Using PowerShell, Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, AJAX and similar technologies to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes
- Planning, prioritising and managing workloads in an Agile development environment
- ServiceNow Development experience particulaarly JavaScript, AngularJS and Apache Jelly
- Proven integration experience between ServiceNow and third party tools and applications
- Proficient working with workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs and notifications
- Strong development skills to deliver products that achieve a high customer experience (easy self-service and intutive navigation)
- Solid understanding of application development lifecycle processes using Agile methodologies
- Ability to work as a team member and contribute positively to the work of the team
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Software Engineering or Computer Science
Nice To Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer &/or Implementation Specialist
