Jaix develops transport and logistics software which is marketed to a growing list of national clients. These companies include freight, warehousing, taxi truck and line haul operators. Jaix has many loyal clients and a large list of national prospects on the horizon. Our software makes a positive difference to our customers and is well designed, serviced and maintained by the great team that has been built at Jaix.
After many years of development our new product is now firmly established in the market and is being well received by industry. Further, we have major new interstate projects underway plus many ongoing projects with existing clients. Having hired 2 new staff over the last month, this position forms yet another new position needed to grow our talent base. The new Adelaide headquarters on Greenhill Road has been purpose built for the company’s development, admin and support teams and they in turn support our new offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. In other words, a great time to join us.
What we do
We develop a state of the art Transport & Warehousing ERP utilising platforms such as Desktop, Web and Mobile. Developing in .Net using tools and frameworks such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, DevExpress, ASP, WinForms and Xamarin. We have a dedicated team working in an Agile environment using development tools such as Visual Studio and the Atlassian suite.
Personal qualities and abilities we are looking for:
- Relevant degree, diploma or industry equivalent experience in Software Development
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player and self-starter
- Customer service mindset
Technical Skills
- Understanding of the .Net framework
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design
