Key Responsibilities:

Provide support on market feed data systems
Responsible for understanding the technical details for deploying Windows 10
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from the service desk
Support multiple Standard Operating Environments (SOE) including desktop application
Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices

Key Requirements:

Financial background
Strong experience supporting trade floor and market data feed systems
Exceptional support, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 10
