Great opportunity to join an established MSP on the Gold Coast to support their national client base.
Your new company
This well-established and successful MSP is seeking an experienced Mitel Engineer to join their Gold Coast team to support their existing national client base.
Your new role
As a Mitel Engineer you will be actively involved in the data collection, scoping, building and implementation of Mitel IP telephony systems. You will participate in the presales stage to successful gather client requirements and then design, build and manage the deployment of large scale Mitel phone systems. Once implemented you will be responsible for providing ongoing support, making requested changes to the system, and diagnose and resolve any issues that arise. This role involves the occasional work related travel.
What you'll need to succeed
As an experience Mitel Engineer you will possess relevant Mitel Certification and have working knowledge of Mitel CX, MXE, AX and Virtual Base Mitel Phone Systems. You will have experience in traditional digital key systems, hybrid digital / IP systems DECT technologies and multi-site configurations. You will have a proven history in managing the system deployment from requirements gathering through to customer hand over.
Current Cisco Certifications and other IP telephony certifications are highly regarded.
