Join our team as a DevOps Specialist and help us support the Business Management toolset including CA PPM (Clarity) and Apptio.
Utilising your strong background in CA PPM domain knowledge as well as an understanding of Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver continuous improvements and proactively navigate conflicting and changing priorities.
Success will come from your strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving ability as well as your ability to demonstrate a passion for aligning technology with required business outcomes. You will also bring your understanding of, and adherence to enterprise risk management principles and technical standards.
Alongside your innate problem solving and analytical skills, you enjoy a team based environment and possess the following:
- 5+ years’ experience with CA PPM (Clarity) 14.4+
- strong PPM domain knowledge and experience with CA PPM functional models, integrations, access control and reporting
- service management and continuous improvement
- experience with vendor engagement and escalation to internal teams
- strong database skills such as PL/SQL or similar language.
Desired Skills:
- experience with JasperSoft and CA PPM data warehouse reporting
- programming experience eg: Java or C#
- experience with Tableau/PowerBI
- experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies
- exposure to automation and performance optimisation tools.
