Be a part of a large multi-million dollar contact centre and telephony uplift program for a well known Federal Government organisation. This is a 12-month ongoing contract based in Moonee Ponds


Requirements:
 

• Minimum of 4 years' experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set
• Prior experience in large contact centre programs - highly regarded
• Strong communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a project team and at all levels in an organisation.
• Demonstrates attention to detail when compiling and reporting information.
• Responds to routine or standard requests from internal and/or external customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Completes tasks, achieves results and honour's commitments, demonstrating a persistent and appropriate bias for action
