One of Australia's most highly regarded Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an experienced Recruitment Officer to administer high quality, timely recruitment processes and services within the department. The Recruitment Officer will be offered an initial contract until 30 December 2018 + Extension at an attractive hourly rate. 

The successful Recruitment Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Providing administrative assistance
• Contributing to the ongoing review of practices and procedures within the Recruitment Team
• Supporting the Team on the day to day procedural and technical matters within clear timeframes
• Representing the Recruitment Team at internal business meetings.
• Actioning and responding to enquiries through the Recruitment email inbox

The successful Recruitment Officer must have experience in the following;

• Qualifications in Human Resource Management
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resource Management specifically in a recruitment team
• Experience using Aurion (HRMIS), or PageUp would be advantageous
