The Role
As the Change Lead, you will be joining this top-tier organisation across a program of projects. Reporting to the Program Director, you’ll be responsible for leading change management activities with a structure methodology and improving the change management strategies. Serving as a practice change manager, you will support the design, development of the communications of the IFRS 16 projects. You will lead the change team to conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders and complete risk analysis. You will define, measure success metrics and continuously monitor the change process. Working on multiple project simultaneously, you will be responsible to coach project teams and relevant business representatives in managing change.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience driving change strategy across a program of works
- Experience leading a successful change team and working with project teams to manage change activities
- Strong Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge in IFRS 16
- Experience working in banking and financial services
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skill
- Strong verbal and written communication
Based in Melbourne CBD
Initial 6 Months' contract with an immediate start
$800 per day inclusive of superannuation
