About the role
This role will require someone to gather requirement, learn about each business units service- be able to understand technically and create shared content in a centralised location. They will be creating the service catalogue on service now and will pull information from about 20 different systems including MS office, SharePoint, excel, confluence, etc. so will need to be able to pick things up and learn to work through multiple systems autonomously.
Reporting into IT Service Catalogue Manager and Product Owner, but will be working across multiple business units.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- IT knowledge or background
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- BA background as will need to gather information and requirements from service managers and product owners
- Customer at the forefront of mind
- Copy writing experience preferable.
