Software Developer

My client is Australia's leading technology service provider operating within their own industry. Due to continual growth and rapid expansion, our client is in search of a highly technical and capable Junior to Mid-Level Software Developer that has a true passion for working with Web Application Development and frameworks such as Javascript and relational databases.

As a Software Developer, you will contribute towards application development of web services and business process; product improvements. Not only that, but you will also ensure that all code is tested as part of the development tasks.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experienced programming skills in common object-oriented languages (Javascript, Java/J2EE, C#/.Net, C, C++); Server-side scripting in Javascript is key
• Experience using and understanding XML web standards including SOAP Web Services & XSLT is a MUST HAVE
• Great knowledge of relational databases (MySQL & MsSQL) and SQL scripting
• You MUST hold at least Australian PR

• Theoretical or practical experience in testing code (unit testing)
• Good knowledge of Business Process Management frameworks such as Windows WF and jBPM
• Able to be part of a dynamic team and work independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrated ability to meet and maintain deadlines; skilful multi-tasker
• Strong desire and willingness to learn new skills and technologies as well as maintain legacy platforms as required
• Experience with API's and their structure
