This renowned organisation based in the CBD is undergoing a significant Digital Transformation, and seeking the services of a skilled Change and Communications Manager, professional in their approach, a team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 
The Change and Communications Manager will have the following ongoing responsibilities:

• Manage and improve Change Management plans
• Work to a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Management (including writing and editing) of corporate communications to a range of audiences
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify and manage risks and key stakeholders
• Provide input to the design and delivery of appropriate training programs
• Coach project teams and business representatives in managing change, including the defining the means to measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Develop a plan to prepare and ready business areas and other impacted stakeholders for the adoption of new digital services capabilities.

 
As such, you will have the following core skills and experience:

• Solid experience in change management tools and methodologies (ADKAR preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
• Strong corporate communications background will be well regarded
• Any experience in managing change and communications on Digital programs of work
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, with ability to negotiate and collaborate
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
