We are looking for the highest calibre SCCM specialists in the market. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative will be key in this role.
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Support and maintenance of the System Centre 2012 (System Centre Configuration Manager and Orchestrator);
- Upgrade versions of SCCM and SEP;
- Support and maintenance of the Symantec Endpoint Protection product
- Development, support, maintenance, patching and deployment of Windows SOE via SCCM;
- Support, maintenance and development of reporting
- Technical documentation, maintain work instructions and user guides;
- Follow ITIL processes.
- Participating in projects and other initiatives as required.
To be successful you will require the following skills and experience:
- 5 years or more managing and supporting SCCM products, including:
- Creating and maintaining task sequences
- Creating application packages;
- Operating System and Application patching;
- SCCM Reporting, Monitoring and Maintenance
- Infrastructure and design guidance for the environment
- 5 years or more managing and supporting Symantec Antivirus products;
- 5 years or more supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 7 & higher and Windows Server 2008 & higher);
- Excellent skills in scripting (Powershell preferred);
- Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships;
- Flexible with working hours and able to travel to support other locations operations as and if required.
Desirable:
- Experience with other products such as Service Manager and SCOM;
- Experience in Active Directory / Group Policy tools / MS 365 -
- SNOW Licensing Manager -MDM tools such as VMware Air Watch, Mobile Iron and Microsoft Intune;
- Microsoft MCP; ITIL Foundation certificate;
- IT bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
