Our client is currently undertaking a massive Cybersecurity Transformation Program and are on the lookout for an experience Organisational Change Manager to lead the Change Management Stream. This will include; development of change management deliverables, engaging with stakeholders, ensuring business-readiness and identifying transition activities relevant to business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Change Managers / Change Analysts to ensure program buy-in from stakeholders and customers within the business
- Think broadly about Change impacts to the business within context of transformation program
- Identify barriers tothe program and develop change strategies, plans, communications and schedules to overcome these barriers.
- Operational Accountability for developing and managing the consistent delivery of the Change Management Plan
- Manage Time, Cost, Scope, Issues, Risks and Quality components of change management tasks
- Conduct a change management component of Post Implementation Reviews to ensure succesful project outcomes
- Collaborate with Project Managers to get feedback on effectiveness of Change Management Plan
- Continually re-assess the the greatest area of resistance and blockages to success to focus engagement on priority areas
- Ensure key stakeholders receive a high level of support and are fully engaged in the program
- Act as a mentor to peers and Change Analysts to improve overall Change capabilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in leading a team of Change Managers/Analysts
- Previous experience in a large transformation program
- Ability to manage a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Some understanding of IT Security is desirable
