This well-established organisation is currently looking for a Senior Application Support specialist to join them on a long-term ongoing contract. The role ensures that the Mobility Applications and Technologies are well understood, and used effectively, by the workforce. You will take on Primary, Secondary or Tertiary support roles within the Application Portfolio. This role has the potential to flex between many different area's (jack/jill of all trades), with a focus on IT Service Delivery and stepping into a Business Analyst role to assist with project delivery.

Requirements:

5+ years in Application Support
Mobility experience - nice to have
ITIL certification required
Mining experience nice to have
Experience in Business Analysis nice to have
Top class communication and customer service skills
