The Role:


We have an opportunity for a talented Quality and Improvement Specialist to join our Sydney workforce. This role is an important addition to our team, supporting an established customer. You will focus on understanding this complex operational environment, critically analysing business outcomes and operational efficiencies. Day to day you will work with stakeholders to get a grasp on their environmental risks, challenges and opportunities for improvements though process and service design.



You will have a knack for data analysis and an inquisitive mind, an aptitude for solving complex problems and be a natural networker. Your ability to identify areas for improvement will be critical, and you will employ excellent facilitation skills to help stakeholders reach the right outcomes. You will be able to challenge assumptions and the status quo to enable positive change in the organisation. You will also enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, leveraging the skills and knowledge of those around you to work through challenges. You’ll also have a learning mindset, and constantly be on the lookout for methods, techniques and models to add to your professional toolbox.



To be successful you will demonstrate:

• Experience in IT Service Management
• Strong reporting & data analysis skills
• Proven experience employing business analytics tools and methodologies
• Experience leading and facilitating meetings and workshops
• Strong communication with stakeholders of all levels
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Ability to articulate insight and provide recommendations
