The Client:
Our client has an opportunity for a Business Account Manager in Perth, they are looking to add a valuable team member who can develop and grow their presence within WA.
What you’ll need:
- Show confidence with proposals for tenders, project management skills,
- Answer technical questions from clients (Engineering Background)
- Identify specific opportunities and negotiate supply agreements if needed.
- Provide recommendations and feedback on competitive markets
- A minimum of five years sales experience in B2B sales within the Mining and Agriculture industries
- Strong sales focused & networking background
- Ability to work autonomously as the position is home based.
- Proficient with MS office suite & CRM sales systems
- The ability to make technical recommendations to customers
About the Role:
The WA Business Account Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding relevant sales targets through developing relationships with existing & new customers. You will be responsible for promoting products such as Sigfox.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain & develop customer relationships with existing customers & new customers
- Provide technical & commercial assistance to customers for the product groups
- Assist in the development of niche & new market business opportunities
- Prepare quotes & related documentation using CRM systems
- Track sales & run reports on CRM systems
- Develop strategic business plans considering customer needs & new product requirements
- Prepare tenders & quotations for targeted projects & customers
- Participate in technical product training
- Travel regional areas, interstate
