About the role

An exciting opportunity exists within our fast-growing business for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual in a full-time role base in our Head Office on Eagle Street in Brisbane.

In the role of Service Delivery Coordinator, you will report to our Service Delivery Manager and work closely with members of our provisioning team performing carrier and vendor order placement with coordination and management of these orders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing new customer orders utilising both internal and external provider systems.
  • Working with carrier partners to place orders and delivering these services to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring these orders and providing regular progress updates to our customers and internal sales team.
  • Escalating any issues with internal or external provider orders to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and experience

About you:

This position will be best suited to you if:

  • You have some experience in a coordination role particularly within the carrier/communications environment.
  • You are a highly self-motivated individual who has excellent written and spoken English with displayed evidence of good customer interaction skills.
  • You are a team player who is customer focused and is committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills and you are looking to work in a fast and ever-changing industry.

 

Essential skills and experience:

  • Exceptional strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (you will be dealing directly with clients)
  • Attention to detail
  • A high level of trust and integrity.
  • A sense of humour
  • The ability to work autonomously but also within a team
  • Highly proficient PC skills.

 

Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience with carrier service ordering or any IT coordination role
  • Previous ISP/MSP experience
  • Proven Customer Service experience
