About the role

As the Solutions Architect you will join Kinetic IT and head up a Unified Communication solution, replacing an entire voice system within one of our most complex portfolios in Victoria. The portfolio of work consists of multiple programs across IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security and & the integration of technology.

You will be working with end-users, colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to provide high quality solutions, drive service excellence & continual improvement. A positive and approachable personality and ability to establish authentic relationships will see you successful in the role.

About you:

As part of a highly technical team you will have the proven ability to lead, coordinate and develop tactical and strategic plans.

To succeed in this role, you will offer

• Broad enterprise experience in the design and deployment of one or more VoIP/ IP telephony/ UC platforms
• Demonstrated experience with unified communications network, incorporating data, voice, video, audio-visual technologies, including cloud based infrastructure.
• Proficiency in routing/ switching LAN, WLAN and WAN technologies
• Significant experience and skills in the operation and Service Management of large, complex and high availability ICT systems.
• Solid experience as a Solution Architect delivering projects in enterprise environments
• Experience of designing integrated solutions for Service Management & Process Architecture
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced capability in customer engagement & influencing
• TOGAF & ITIL Certifications
• Australian citizenship - required for AGSVA baseline clearance
