The Opportunity
Test Leads, HBF is looking for you! We need experienced Test Leads to come onboard and join our Test Services team and the HBF technology family. You will be given the opportunities to lead a testing team in the development and execution of test plans while also playing an integral part of the team’s test strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of project documentation and development of test strategies and approach.
- Lead and provide technical advice to the team on tools and automation frameworks.
- Adherence to HBF approved standards and processes.
- Lead and participate in testing quality review sessions and / or static testing of project documents to ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible quality.
- Provide effort and budget test estimates for functional and non-functional system / integration testing for the testing team.
- Assess requirements, issues and perform gap analysis to assist the Test Services Manager on Test Services roadmap including potential areas of opportunity.
- Manage work allocations schedules, status reporting and identifying risks and issues.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic individual with:
- 6+ years continuous testing experience, with a focus on automation for enterprise applications
- Proven experience as a test team leader of more than 3 testers over a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology
- Experience of Agile and iterative methodologies for software testing.
- Solid experience preparing test Strategies, test plans, test results and defect reporting.
- Extensive experience in automation tools such as Selenium, QTP/UFT, Oracle, ATS, etc.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills and highly accurate attention to detail.
- Experience testing in client server, web and mainframe environments.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement practices in a changing environment.
