One of our premium clients based in Melbourne is looking for a highly experienced and committed Business Analyst / Designer. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
Duties
- Work with the Digital Delivery Team and a range of internal and external users on high-priority digital projects
- User research, process mapping and analysis, stakeholder liaison
- Testing and UX & UI Design
- Develop requirements from discovery and ideation to delivery through user-based research, workshops, story boards, prototyping and other methods.
Skills & Experience
- Experience conducting user research through interviews, workshops, analytics and surveys, and the ability to explain simple and complex ideas to a range of users.
- Experience with UX modelling methods such as personas, user journeys, storyboards and process diagrams
- Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes, applying consistent design patterns
- Experience working in an agile environment; working with multidisciplinary teams, participating in agile ceremonies, evaluating services through retrospectives, continuous improvement through testing and iteration, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work to achieve deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in an unstructured environment
- Experience in research and design activities for development of a case management system or a similar workflow system
