Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of 5 support staff
L1/L2/L3 support, vendor management
Managing projects in relation to both cloud and system migrations

Key Requirements

Required: Strong support background with knowledge across cloud technologies, VPNs, infrastructure/systems
Explicit experience in cloud migrations
Tech stack: Linux, SQL Server, Windows 10, Salesforce, Citrix, AWS
Excellent communication skills
