Service Now Architect

You will have:

• Significant demonstrated ServiceNow product-related knowledge and experience
• Significant demonstrated experience as a solutions architect operating in software projects based upon ServiceNow
• Proven ability to provide thought leadership and developing designs and plans to guide software projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience in working in Agile, multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to align technology solutions to business strategy
• Formal qualifications in software development
• IT degree(s)

Service Now Developers

You will have experience:

• Supporting ServiceNow configuration and administration
• Engaging stakeholders to transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans
• Formulating testing approaches, developing test cases and deploying code in defined releases
• Using PowerShell, Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, AJAX and similar technologies to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes
• Planning, prioritising and managing workloads in an Agile development environment
• ServiceNow Development experience particularly JavaScript, AngularJS and Apache Jelly
• Proven integration experience between ServiceNow and third-party tools and applications
• Proficient working with workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs and notifications
• Strong development skills to deliver products that achieve a high customer experience (easy self-service and intuitive navigation)
• Solid understanding of application development lifecycle processes using Agile methodologies
• Working as a team member and contribute positively to the work of the team
• IT degree(s)

Nice-to-have skills and experience

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer &/or Implementation Specialist
